Dr. Steven Collins is Professor of Archaeology and Biblical History and Director of the PhD program in Archaeology and Biblical History at Veritas International University (VIU) in Santa Ana, CA. He is also the Director and Chief Archaeologist of the Tall el-Hammam (Sodom) excavation project in Jordan which is in its 20th season of a joint excavation between between Veritas International University and Trinity Southwest University. Steve also serves as Consulting Research Professor, College of Archaeology, Trinity Southwest University, Albuquerque, NM. He is the co-author of Discovering the City of Sodom and the co-editor of the forthcoming The Harvest Handbook of Bible Lands (Harvest House Publishers, 2020).
